Mrs. Kate McRae

• Masters in Curriculum and Instruction-UW- Milwaukee

This school year, Mrs. McRae begins her 12th year teaching K5 at SJV.  Before coming to SJV, she previously taught both K4 and K5 in the Milwaukee Public Schools and at St. Monica's in Whitefish Bay.  Mrs. McRae has two daughters who attend SJV.  Molly will be in fifth grade and Clare will be in third grade.  When not teaching, Mrs. McRae loves being outside, making memories with her family, shopping and traveling.

Personal Goals: To help students feel safe, comfortable, welcomed, and successful in school; to help them gain independence while meeting their individual learning and social needs; to make learning fun and have them enjoy coming to kindergarten each day.
