Mrs. Vitalbo is excited to return to SJV this year after a short hiatus.  She will be coordinating our Hot Lunch program and will serve as an educational aide.  Before having children, Mrs. Vitalbo worked as a computer programmer and then as a network administrator.  After having her daughters, she decided to try a more creative field and became a certified pastry chef.  She used this certificate to teach non-credit cooking and baking classes to both kids and adults for the last 16 years. 

She lives in Pewaukee with her husband, youngest daughter, and dog and cat. In her spare time, she enjoys anything crafty!  She loves to bake, go for walks and read.
