Greetings St. John Vianney School Community! My name is Ally Beckwith. I am honored to join such a caring, committed school. I am passionate about the formation of students; academically, behaviorally, spiritually and socially. I believe in developing strong, meaningful relationships with students and their families. I truly possess a steadfast love for Catholic education. Prior to stepping into this role at SJV I most recently spent time as an Assistant Principal of Student Experience at a school in Milwaukee. During that time, I worked closely with the middle school as a dean of students and also led the school’s Ministry Team where I led our faith formation program and developed the all-school monthly religious initiatives to grow our students into a deeper understanding of their faith. These experiences made me excited to learn about the opportunity here at SJV where I can continue my favorite parts of Catholic education; the strong relationships with community and our faith.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and my M.A. in Educational Leadership from the University of Notre Dame’s Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. My husband Matt and I live in Milwaukee with our 3 year old Miles (who will join the SJV family in K3) and our 1 year old twin daughters, Zoey and Madison. We enjoy spending time outside, cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers and exploring the city of Milwaukee.
