SJV invites you to nurture your spiritual self this Lent. We are influenced by the relationships we engage in and the devotional activities we pursue. Come join a small group for faith sharing and get INSPIRED this Lent!

GOAL:
To nurture, find common ground, build relationships, share, and build community within our parish.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of small-group discussions of scripture and prayer is to hear the word which God is speaking to us; to relate God’s word to what’s happening in our lives right now and then to determine what each of us is individually and occasionally collectively called to do or to change as a result.

Small faith-sharing groups allow us to share our faith with others and to grow together in community. Using prayer, shared experiences, and explorations of faith, these small groups can create in a smaller setting a community that enhances the life of the entire parish. Sessions are open to singles, couples, and friends – all sessions are welcoming new members! Groups are limited in size to ensure social distancing and group engagement.

Please review the Small Group Faith Sharing options below and sign up today. Hurry, some sessions have already started and/or begin the first week of Lent. If you feel inspired and would like to form a new group, email Kathy Uy at kathyuy@wi.rr.com.

Small groups within our faith community will meet once, twice, or every week during Lent starting the week of February 15. You are invited to join a group (or form your own). Each group will set their own time and location (either in your home or virtually) and topic and area of interest for meeting (suggestions provided). The goal is to meet weekly during Lent.
