Lenten Schedule

Reflect on Christ’s passion and death through the Stations of the Cross. This devotion will take place on Fridays at 4:30 PM, except Good Friday. Consider coming to Adoration beforehand, offered each Friday starting after the daily Mass.

Mary’s Way of the Cross is a unique look at the Stations through the eyes of Mary. This impactful journey emphasizes the faith and sorrow of the Blessed Mother. They take place on Tuesdays at Noon from March 11 - April 8.

During the Lenten season, SJV is expanding opportunities for confession. Confession will continue to be offered on Saturdays after the daily Mass at 8 AM. It will also be offered following the Stations of the Cross on Fridays from 5 - 7 PM, except Good Friday.

Lenten Gospel Reflections
This Lent, SJV will be offering the devotional booklet Lenten Gospel Reflections. This booklet guides you through Lent, with the full Gospel reading of each day and reflections from Bishop Robert Barron.
We hope you can use this resource to deepen your relationship with Christ during the Lenten season. Books will be available at Masses on March 1 and 2. Remaining books will be available in the Narthex.
