Please register now for Christian Formation classes which begin in mid-September. All children who attend public schools are required to receive formal religious instruction and sacramental preparation. Registration forms were mailed out to all families with children K4-Grade 11. Please update any missing or incorrect information. We also ask you to consider the volunteer opportunities to work with the youth of the parish.
Registrations must be turned in by August 31, 2013.
All children must be registered before the first week of classes and no student will be admitted to a classroom after the third session, but will need to wait until mid-year (first class in January) to start classes.
First Reconciliation and First Communion are both offered to second graders and Confirmation is offered to eleventh graders. Although we focus sacramental preparation to these years, youth receive sacramental instruction in ALL years of Christian Formation. For this reason, children must attend classes at least one full year prior to receiving a sacrament (children in public school must attend first grade and tenth grade Christina Formation classes to prepare for sacraments).
